John Rafuse

As the visionary behind HIKUE Concept’s aesthetic and technical design, Amin brings extensive expertise in architectural visualization, advanced 3D modeling, and comprehensive interior design. Leading our in-house design services, he transforms initial concepts into highly detailed, manufacturable shop drawings and immersive walk-through media. His deep proficiency with structural coordination ensures that whether we are designing a bespoke residential kitchen or a large-scale commercial build-out, the architectural intent is flawlessly preserved and rigorously engineered for production.

Carlos Frantz

Driving the operational and strategic framework of the studio, our Managing Partner oversees the complex logistics of both high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects. Managing the client experience from initial estimating to final handover, she ensures seamless communication and coordination with general contractors, architects, and custom home builders. By maintaining a rigorous standard for phased delivery, value engineering, and project management, she guarantees that our fabrication integrates perfectly into the master construction schedule.

Mo Afraz

Bridging advanced manufacturing technology with traditional artisanal skill, our Head of Fabrication oversees all production within our Garland-based workshop. From programming precision CNC machinery for high-volume commercial casework to executing bespoke joinery and custom finishes for luxury residential projects, he ensures every piece meets our exacting quality standards. He also directs our dedicated white-glove delivery and installation teams, ensuring that the final on-site execution perfectly matches the approved architectural drawings.
